Frank PhillipsApril 7, 2024Recently Amelia Outdoors installed an extended attached paver Lanai with an outdoor kitchen and large screen enclosure. Also, extensive landscaping was installed to compliment the addition. Our goal was to create an outdoor oasis for alfresco dining and relaxing while affording us privacy from out neighbors. Paul Davidson, principal of Amelia Outdoors and his staff exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with the result. Paul was responsive to our needs, worked hard to please and made meaningful suggestions which ultimately improved the end result. To the person each of the trade people was expert in his area, had good communication skills and was a “quality” person. There all were most welcome in our home. Paul seemed omnipresent during each phase of construction ensuring that all was done properly. Paul’s follow up after the sale has been wonderful. In the unlikely event there is a question in the future I have no doubt that it will be addressed in a friendly and professional manner. To some outdoor contactors our project might be considered a small job. That was definitely not the situation with Paul. You would think this lanai was going on the back of his house. If you contemplate an outdoor build whether a small lanai or a large pool with all the accessories please consider speaking with Paul Davidson at Amelia Outdoors. I’m confident you will be impressed.
