Their design fee is credited towards the project scope if they are chosen for the build. With a focus on quality over quantity, they take pride in delivering personalized service to their clients. The company’s founder has over 12 years of experience, and Amelia Outdoors serves clients in the National neighborhood, offering a local and dedicated service. They also understand that their process might not suit everyone. They are open to discuss individual needs and preferences during an initial consultation at their office and showroom on the island.

Paul Davison
Owner & Operator
Paul Davison founded Amelia Outdoors with his wife Melissa in 2018 as the culmination of their life’s work as small business owners in the construction and home services trades.
Before opening Amelia Outdoors, Paul was a partner at CORE Outdoors and also served as the Director for Sales and Marketing at NiteLites, a leading manufacturer and installer of sustainable LED lighting solutions. Paul is also a board member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association.
Paul was born and raised in England but has made his home with Melissa on Amelia Island for more than fifteen years.
